Can I use Music and Story Play in my class, centre or home?
Yes. The Playful Heart Club was created to support educators and parents in early childhood settings.
You may bring Music & Story Play lessons to your children.
You may not post Music & Story Play lesson plans or resources on your website or social media.
You may not claim ownership of any Music & Story Play lesson, resource or teaching methodology.
You may not sell, redistribute or provide access to our resources to other teachers or to any other individual or group. This includes memberships sites, online workshops or courses for the purpose of training educators.
Can I use Music and Story Play for private classes?
For those of you operating as an early childhood music specialist in a private studio, centre or school, you can use Music & Story Play lesson plans following the same guidelines as educators (described above) with these additional restrictions:

You can use Music & Story Play in your private music classes in any physical location where you are meeting with children in person.

You may not use Music & Story Play resources for online teaching.

You may not post our copyrighted images, resources, videos or branding graphics in any (paid or otherwise) promotional materials. This includes your website, social media, flyers, etc.

You may not change or alter our copyrighted lesson plans, resources or any downloaded PDF’s to reflect your business or name.

You may not sell or redistribute our resources to your customers or any other individual or group.
Can I use Music & Story Play copyrighted content when advertising or promoting my online or in-person classes?
No. You may not advertise Music & Story Play or The Playful Heart Club lessons as if they are your own.
You may only use your own personal images, graphics, lesson sample (not based on any of our lessons) in your promotions.
Can I use Music & Story Play in a branded brick-and-mortar studio or online lessons?
No. We do not provide a license for brand name businesses that operate in brick and mortar locations or online classes.
Can I post Music & Story Play or The Playful Heart Club resources, PDFs or videos on public websites?
No. Music & story Play and The Playful Heart Club videos, PDF’s and resources cannot be posted on public websites. You may not post Music & Story Play or The Playful Heart Club content on unprotected school websites, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, email etc. This also includes private YouTube Channels and private Facebook groups. In addition, Music & Story Play YouTube videos cannot be pulled or embedded on public websites.
How is my credit card info stored?
Your credit card information is not stored on www.musicandstoryplay.com servers.
All credit card orders are processed via the secure transaction gateway service Paypal (www.paypal.com).
This includes all regular transactions and all recurring membership payments.
What is your Privacy Policy?
Music & Story Play stores your name and email address on our Wix servers.
Your email address will only be used to contact you about your account status and other actions initiated on www.musicandstoryplay.com.
We will never sell your email address or use it for any purposes other than contacting you about Music & Story Play concerns.
